Legal business name & EINAs it appears on your W-9 or tax filings.
Billing & shipping addressesWhere invoices and orders should be sent.
AP contactName, phone, and email of whoever handles your accounts payable.
Three trade referencesVendors you currently buy from on terms — name, phone, account number.
Bank referenceName of your bank and main contact, if available.
Sales tax exemption certificateIf applicable, upload during the application.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are decisioned within two business days once references are returned. Incomplete applications take longer — having your trade references ready makes the biggest difference.

What are the standard terms?

Standard terms are Net 30 from invoice date. Larger accounts and government entities may qualify for extended terms by request.

Can I order before being approved?

Yes — we accept credit card, ACH, and check for orders placed before your account is set up on terms. Approved net-terms ordering kicks in once your application clears.

Is my information secure?

The application is hosted on Nuvo’s secure platform. Your data is encrypted in transit, stored in a SOC 2 compliant environment, and shared only with our internal AR team.
